Hello, welcome to my page.

I have been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 2015. Before being a broker, I had a few other careers. I hold a private pilot license, was a licensed civil engineer, and was a real estate attorney for over 20 years. I have retired from these careers and am now a full-time mortgage loan origination in the beautiful City of Irvine where I now live, having moved from Anaheim recently. I enjoy serving people with mortgage loan needs. Whether you’re a buyer looking to buy a home or an owner looking to refinance your property, you can connect with me as a mortgage professional and I can provide you with the best service possible. I value relationships and friendships. I listen to my clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.

My entire working life revolves around real estate and mortgage loans. First, as a civil engineer, then as an attorney, and now as a full-time mortgage broker, and as a seasoned mortgage professional. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. If you need financing for a purchase or refinance for an existing home, I am always available to help you find the right loans.

I enjoy putting deals together. I can help find solutions to many mortgage problems, providing the most excellent service to borrowers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. I take pride in being resourceful and a problem-solver. My previous career as an attorney from 1994 to 2018 has given me the training and experience necessary to be a good negotiator and problem-solver.

In mortgage loans, the market is forever changing and I want to make sure that I am ahead of the change, always evolving, using cutting-edge techniques, and constantly being a student of my craft.
